Is it too late to remove leaves?

These plants are at 23 days of 12/12..is it too late to remove some leaves. I have passive air intake at bottom of tent and fan going but worried it might not be enuf air flow

Its fine as long the leaves are still green not turning yellow or any signs of dying.

Yes, prune lightly and evenly and increase airflow if possible, nice grow.

I prune whenever I think I need to.

I do a big defoliation on day 21 of flower where I remove about 1/3 of all fan leaves. You're at day 23, so I think you'll be just fine.

If you have a strong exhaust fan and passive intake from the bottom of your tent, you're probably getting plenty of air flow in there. Just try to keep humidity at 50% or below, and don't let it get up too much higher.
