Is my hash alright?

so I made some hash with some shitty bud and it came out like this. I did the qwiso method with 70 % iso. So I thought all of the liquid evaporated but I can’t tell if there’s still a little bit of water in the hash glob? Because every time I move it there’s some of this liquidy stuff that’s kind of like a golden milky color beneath the glob. Is that just water that hasn’t fully evaporated ?

It's more than likely water since the alcohol evaps quicker. If you had any considerable amount of alcohol, you'd taste it for sure. Without physically seeing/handling it I can't offer much more advice, sorry!
