Is my nutrient mix bad

I filled a 10 gallon tub with r.o water an added Prime from Heavy and flower A@B
I went to pick up my ph meter an the check was out so that mix sat for 24 hrs at about 72 degrees is it still good

It's best to keep a bubble stone in it but it should be fine without it.

They say not to use air stone with prime from heavy16.
