Is my plant a hermie??

Hey all,
First time grower here and need some help determining the sex of my plants, hopefully I'm not too late!

Grew from guaranteed feminized seeds, got my babies big and strong and they just started flowering stage. I noticed some seed pods on one of them though.. is this guy a hermie? I should chop it down now to protect my other one right?

Also, here are pics of my other one... its female?
