Is my plant re vegging?

Soil: FoxFarm in smart Pot
Strain: PK(clone)
Nutes: Supernatural brand



the plant has always grown short.. and it started to "grow spirth" when veggin to flowering (3weeks ago)but remained very short and bushy but grew bigger .
And i thought it was done getting taller just getting "wider""nuggyer" or filling up blank spots.. but all of a sudden the top of the plant started streching.. but very hard to tell by the pictures..

i put them out side as teens and they were flowering after a week or 2 after they were out side..
