if your not sure about it and want to play it safe, put them in root pods and plant the root pod in the soil. I start my seeds in Roots Organics Lush soil with no problems.
 
Lmao 🤣 I literally just got off of Amazon ordering some.. thanks though. Great minds think alike lol
i had a problem with aged soil that just started killing off seeds, it wasn't until I used them seed pods that they started to germinate again for me.
 
original is fine, lush is probably a little strong for seedlings.

Im sure you have already found out but incase you haven't I have started 3 different grows equaling to be a total of 7 plats with roots organic and have always had my seedling take off with no problems. About to do run #4 and switching from original to roots organic lush just to give it a shot. We will see if its worth the extra money.
