She's close, and your trichs back that up. 10% amber with the rest cloudy is squarely in the harvest window, and the side bud shows a lot of orange, curled-in pistils. The top looks a bit behind, with some pistils still fresh and the buds still stacking, so I'd give it a few more days rather than chop tomorrow.
The weather matters more than the calendar here. A rainy 84 day in a greenhouse means high humidity and warm, damp buds, and that's how bud rot starts in dense colas. Run the vents and side walls open, keep a fan moving through the canopy, and check the inside of the thickest tops for grey or brown mush. If you see any, harvest that cola right away. The 40s at night are fine, and cooler nights won't hurt her.
If you want more amber, let her go until the trichs read about 15 to 20% amber and the pistils have mostly pulled in, which is a few days to a week. Check the trichs on the top colas, not just the side buds, since the tops are usually the last to finish. Chop in the morning before the lights or the heat kick in.
Does the greenhouse stay damp after the rain, or do you have good airflow through it?
