Yo guys, I'm looking to do a manifold on this plant, but I think it may be too late. Though, idk, lemme know if I can do it and maybe describe how?

Yeah I wouldn't manifold at that point. Manifolding is easier when you top at a lower node than in the picture. It's best to manifold as early on as you can.
You have two nice tops that you can train though

You can actually manifold it at any time, Cut it back down to the second node and start from there. Theoretically it's even better to do it later because it has a more established root zone
 
As far as I’m concerned, you want to grow it out to 5-6 nodes, then top it down to the 3rd node, clean under 3rd node, and tie down the two growth tips when they grow long enough.
Mine were at 7-8 nodes when I topped mine down, I should have cloned and replanted the cutting honestly.
