It looks like a solid light to me. I use 3 very similar lights, 1500w King Plus LEDs, and even rebuilt one kind of. It should flower your 3x3 area on its own decently. The PPFD footprint on those things is no joke. This style of light is still the most cost-effective way to achieve the desired light intensity needed from an upfront perspective, in my opinion.

The downside is if you doubled your upfront cost you could have gotten a significantly more energy-efficient quantum board while achieving similar light output.

I assume most people want cheap and good but can wait a month.

If so I suggest using a Chinese LED maker for your Quantum Board.

Kingbrite and Yuanhui are 2 commonly discussed brands.

You will probably want a 240w (2-panel) unit.

The options you will see include;

LM301B vs LM301H white Samsung diodes.

Optional 660nm red diodes
- Cree brand
- Epistar Brand

Optional UV and IR diodes.

Optional switch for non-white diodes

What color temperature for the white Diodes. Ranging from 3000k-5000k

That should be a good starting point.

Here is the light I bought. 2 of these for a 100cm x 100cm

I discussed my thought process on these options in-depth when making a similar recommendation in this thread.
