whats up ya'll?

i paid pretty close attentiona to the passing of the michigan law allowing MMJ in michigan last year. im next door so its possibly a pretty big deal for me also.

just wanted to know from any peeps up there, a year in, if dispenseries were popping up or if there have been problems seeting up a MMJ infrastructure in Michigan??

whats the best area for growing/possesing in Michigan? what are the regulations there?

the up. is great for growing out doors.if you grow something that will finish in its short season.ive grown tons & tons off of the snowmobile trails................. also im sending my freind in the mi. med sceane some nice calli.some of you michiganders might end up smoking some nor/cal coming from my way.

cool man, cali's herb influence is always a good start! Get em up here lol! ill make the 4 hour drive to detroit for some clones bro!! lol.. im an indoor guy tho, trying to by the new guidelines. i saw the general state statutes i thiink it was 12 plants in different stages....pretty tuff ones i think.

so your buddy has opened a dispensery up there? im looking to supply....id like to get to the point were i dont have to lie about how i make my living...i absolutly hate the fact i cant brag about my work as others do! or even talk about it for that matter...

no he doesnt run a dispensery.ive been sending to him for years .now it will be more legal .back in mi. it moves just because of the word cali.lol.anyways im sure the dispencerys will jump on it..........he's an old freind so he's practicly getting it for a song

right on... ya im tired of the whole fed ex game bro! to much risk for me as no one wants to pay up front since the risk of the package not arriving is a very real one! i dont like having to take the chance on both side of the coin, hoping the package arrives then hoping my cash shows up safly as well....not a good deal for me, but at the same time i dont know anyone in my area as im pretty new here and pretty quite as to what i do. catch 22! need the law on my side for once that y im asking about this michigan scene as its the closest to me! dam cool of you tho to hook up your boy like that! props!

It appears you would have to be in-state/a resident of Michigan to participate in supplying a patient with MMJ. Michigan's law states that "caregiver" can recoup costs incurred in taking care of the patient on everything but the "sale" of marijuana (which it appears to me that MMJ remains/becomes a controlled substance if sold under this law??) Yolu also have to give the State your name and address as a caregiver....

Am i reading this correctly?

Seems like "Mad City" should be in full-swing on this. That town has always been high. LOL

these laws are crazy? its a product like anyother? whats the deal with not profiting of it? what happend to capitalism? people cant afford to grow for free. shit my electric bill alone is 400bux a month! what is someone supposed to do, bill each person you care give for for a % of my bills and costs? shits stupid and they are trying to fuck with us and our product availability...we'll win eventually, but as of now it just doesnt make sence to make something legal to smoke but illegal to buy and sell...

the crazy laws. those snakes make more $'s confiscating familys homes & incarserating plant smokers,than they could make taxing pot.back in mi i got arested for a joint,one joint .while i was in jail.a child molester in the next cell got in after me & ,left before me. 3rd offence..............they need to take the proffit out of the legal judicial system,& focus ther efferts on protecting women & children!

Here in Colorado it's the same way. The law here allows for 'patient to patient" sales but anyhting else is the same as any other illegal sale. In addition..there is no "legal" provision in the CO state Law for the establishment of a "dispensary". Nothing says you can't open one...but nothing protects you from losing your investment if (when) the state decides to clamp down on the entire gig.

you may as well sell to the street. Here in CO you need a card for every 2 oz in your possession. Walk into the local disps here with more pot than you have cards for (or no card) and they will send you packing in a heartbeat because they want to remain open for business/it isn't worth it to them when they can carry out business legally with others who are also legal.
