18/6 maybe or 24 hrs on. ILGM fucked up and sent me photo period instead of autos so I have one tent at 12/12. I used it for some auto seedlings at the start as I made room in my other autoflower tent. They were all fine but I didn't keep them in there long. The autoflowers thrive with light. 12/6 is the best schedule or just do straight 24 hrs. As long as you have temp and humidity dialed in (75' and 50-60%rh) you'll rock it.

Running a pair of autos (2 different strains) in Gaia Green soil with all purpose for veg and power bloom for flower.
One of them went into flower about three weeks ago and is one week younger than the other.
I suspect one may be actually a photo. So I moved it to another tent and started it on 12/12 about three days ago. Now I’m starting to see pre-flower. Maybe a photo, maybe not. At any rate she’s on 12/12 now and that’s where she’ll stay until the end.

Thank you everyone for the help. Like I said we are growing only autos at the moment, and still have a backlog of seeds we'd like to get through. After a conversation yesterday mostly just by showing him this thread and asking him how he planned to get 12/12 and 18/6 in our grow closet he agreed 18/6 would be good.

Also special thanks to @gemgrows for sending me down the rabbit hole of DLI instead of worrying about light hours. Your wording was incredibly helpful to my understanding.
