Is this a bug?

Any help here is appreciated, I noticed some leaf damage (indicated in one of the pics) and found some debris or a big on the underside of a different leaf.

- Started from seed
- 4 weeks
- 3.3 gal air pots
- FFoF
- Water PH'd to 6.5-6.8, usually every other day or more if needed
- No ferts yet
- Lights: ES180 @ 24 inches
- 3x3 Tent
- 22 C - Humidity 50%

Veg stage - 4 week of bloom
Spinosad = best brand ( conserve sc)
3.7ml (max rate ) @ gal and 5.5ph ( this stuff is best deal ever, plus kill tons of soft bodied pest and mites too)

flower (biocontrol )= venerate xc ( can be used till day of harvest)
5 tablespoon per gallon (max rate )+ I would use a safe wetting agent and good sprayer for full contact. contact is key!
