What’s up farmers
In day 47 of flower
Running Athena pro line at 2.5 ec plus some additives final ec is 3.1
Ph is 5.9-6

They get fed everyday
Also growing In coco

Run off ec 4.5 - 5
Run off ph 5.8-5.9
Gavita 1700 set at 80% which is 900ppfd
Have some fungus gnats flying around (don’t wanna spray this late in flower)

Room temp 75
Rh 60-65

I’ve usually ran just Athena pro line but the yield was never there so I decided to lower the dosage and add some additives this run
And now I’m experiencing these issues wich started last week
Never ran into these issues with straight Athena which had higher run off ec

Is this a deficiency nute burn or

But everyday nutes sounds heavy to me as well, keep an eye on🧐
Plants are drying everyday
I don’t give the additives every feed
Every other
But every day they get there base
before the week ends I hit up with a very low dose flush
I kinda fucked up and vegged them too long in these quick fill 3 gal pots
But I do monitor ph and ec at run off every time I feed them I also use AROYA to monitor media ec /temp/ water content

You don’t spray the plants to get rid of gnats you treat the soil.

The ones that fly around are adults there just a nuisance and die quickly. It’s the larva that do the damage as the adults lay there eggs in the soil and the larva feed of the roots.

There very easy to treat organically with nematodes they will much the eggs up no problem.

Just don’t let the soil get to dry for a few days while they do there magic.

Oh thanks for this only option that worked for me in the past few runs was drenching but with ipm from Athena
I just didn’t wanna risk drenching / spraying but I’ll definitely look into this
Thank you!
