Is This A Female ? Why Are My Largest Ones Female And My Small Ones Not Showing Sex?

I have 8 -9 plants and 3 of which have grown extremely fast which I first thought and was told they would most likely turn male but they are only showing signs of female calyx other then 1 of 3 is showing very little calyx I do believe kinda small to tell but the other 6-7 are much smaller at least half in size and are showing very small pointed balls which my first to females did can any body rensure me that my initial analysis and methods/thoughts are correct so far

Yes, it's a female. There are so many variables that go into how a plant presents itself (phenotype) that it's just too difficult to say. But, usually it's the males that show up first.
