so..both plants are outdoor plants and one appears to be on point and the other one appears to be flip flopping from veg to flower to veg again.
and both plants are outside where? in different timezones?
could be genetics...could be reaction to the grow medium...it could be many things . my question now is : Is it that serious?.

i dont mean to come off as being cocky
and tou can continue to feed the other one tiger bloom but be careful.
that stuff is hot, if used incorrectly may lead to a burnt plant.
