One of my girls was lyk that . The cause was that the fan was to close and one of the new leaves broke off leaving it lopsided but by the time it grew the nxt 2 sets it was ok and now looks great

Yeah i get that every now and then either on top or side branch.they usually work themselves out and revert back to 2 then to singles during the stretch .i actually nipped one off on side branch as it made to too bushy in my circumstance and method of growing..its normal..it happens..
