The light is really high it’s in a 3x3 it’s at least a foot away if not more.

Take more pics of the other spots that show this. I see a blurple, but what light are you running? My veg blurple in my 4x4 is roughly 24-28 inches away, I would consider moving the light away and see if its continuing.

are you asking about the burnt edges?
more so from overwatering, also could be from the light.

The small hole on the leaf if you look closely it looks like a tear.

do you have training stakes or twistie ties near it?

I've had this happen when wind pushes the leaf onto a stake and impaled it

If that piece missing from the leaf isn't a deformity and isn't from an accidental tear, it would be a pretty damned big bug.

No ties but I did take it outside for like 5 min to give it some sun Andy hats when I noticed it a couple of days later. I thought I might have brought something in with it. I examined the rest of plant and only a couple of others look like tht.
