Is this a sign of light stress?

I noticed there is a slight discoloration with leaves curled and drooping

Not sure... When was the last time you watered them? I've seen plants droop after watering.

Also, it's best not to let the leaves touch the soil. So, you might want to remove some of them.

Last watering was 03/28 and is it okay to remove some bottom leaves now?
Also humidity 55% temp 76

I don't know about the droop, the interveinal yellowing is a sign that your roots can't keep up with your lights. I'd turn down.

So, it has been 3 days since the last watering. The soil still looks kinda wet, though. Maybe give another day or two. Also, good catch, @ArtfulCodger. Reducing the light intensity probably would help.
