Is this Early stage botrytis? Could it be salvaged or turned into something else?

Assuming the worst, but hoping not all is lost. Just started harvesting, and have noticed what appears to be very small Browning areas at the base of what I assume are the gloom’s. The spots are very intermittent across the plants and there’s lots of nice material which appears to be untouched.
Can I get a positive I’d on the brown patches, and if it is a mould or fungis, can it be salvaged at this early stage? Looking at a couple of lb all up

Pic #2 and #4 look like mold. The others are possible.
