Is this enough room for growth!?

I just put this fence up. I'm worried about two things! One is the amount of sunlight with this thick/wide fence (not like chicken wire-thin) affecting my yeild possibly??? Not 100 percent sunlight hitting them...(I do no) Second is will they have enough room in there to fully grow...or should I move the stakes back further??? Any help is appreciated...

Ty ...18 inches of good soil then gravel. I'm not sure how much I should be watering them?! Is it 1 gal per day-pper plant? Yes it's ph'ed from 8.2 down to 6.5 lemon drops)

Water when top 2 inches are dry, that's the rule in pots, I'm not sure as to outdoor. Is you water 8.2 out of the tap? Are you using synthetic or organic nutes? Toward the end of flower on my last round in 5 gallon pots indoors one of my ladies drank about 1.5 gallons.
