Is this fan and filter enough?

I'm going to be growing in a Secret Jardin DR80 31.5" x 31.5" x 63" grow tent. I am planning on a CanFan 33 ww w.canfilters.com/canfilters_33.html

I need a quiet fan, so I'm thinking about either the S&P TD-125 or TD-150 ww w.solerpalau-usa.com/brochures/Residential_Light_Comm/TD_Extended_Brochure.pdf

I know going bigger and running slower generally reduces the noise, but I'm just curious if the TD-150 is way overkill for me tent?

In my opinion that fan would be fine, How big of light are you gonna use you might want to get a dial to adjust your fan down if its getting to cold in there? You could probably run a 600 in there
