Hi. I bought some liquid fertilizer from the local flower shop. Its for flowering plants - says it helps strengthen the plants when they start flowering. NPK:5.8-4.2-5.8
So 2 questions:
1. Is this fert. good for my plants? They're in soil which had some added nutrients in it when I bought it.
2. Can I start fertilizng them now or I need to wait for the flowering to begin?
Thanks

I guess not enough info ? What more should I add?

Nothing to add. You basically made it abundantly clear this is the first thing you have ever grown. It would be helpful to know what brand of fertilizer you purchased. But basically any fertilizer will be an improvement over none. But you really should go out and get a basic gardening guide and learn the basics of how to grow a plant. There is an endless amount of information on this site, so start searching and most of your questions will be answered.

Its my second grow actually - I just havent used fertilizer so far. And yes I wrote the first post in a hurry so that might have given the wrong idea. Anyway - I didnt start this thread to pretend to be an expert or argue with other "experts" . Have a good one.

No one is arguing with you, quite the opposite, this is a very helpful site with many people here willing to share their knowledge and experience. But your initial question was tantamount to asking if you need to feed your dog though it also eats the grass in your backyard. As I suggested before go and get a basic growing guide (it doesn't have to be Cannabis specific) and that will give you a good starting point on your growing journey. Also look around this site for the answers to your questions, they may already be posted here. A very basic understanding of what plants require and what the products on the market are for will make an enormous difference in your ability to grow and will also have significant effect on what questions you ask; just a little bit of knowledge goes a long way. Behind the very basic questions are many more in depth questions that truly inform the answer to the basic, big picture question. So even a peripheral understanding of that minutia will improve your abilities to grow. Basically, sometimes it is better to ask the correct question rather than just asking a multitude of questions.

How long has the plant been in that enriched potting soil ?
Most bagged soil will feed the plant for a few weeks depending on size of the pot

Why did you buy flower food?
Your ready to flower?
If so, yes, you want to give the plant some P and some K
But the food you bought has a high N
For cannabis flowering
I don't recommend that
But I'm certainly not an expert
