Is this LED better than mine

I'm trying to figure out it the light below will cut my electric bill in half but get the same result.

At the moment I'm running
4x240w Kingbrite led's over a 2x1.2 area each lihgt puts out about 900ppfd, I'm not using c02.
I think But I'm not sure, that anything over 1,000ppfd with no added c02 the plant can't handle it ?
Her is my light

I was hoping the light below dimmed down to 500w would be giving me the same results that my 4 kingbrite do for half the electric
Because the light is 2,925ppf so dimmed down 50% is 1450, or does the D mean something.

par charts down a bit, but I would say no running this light at 50% would not be "better" than what you have if you currently get 900ppfd across that space.

Not 100% sure brotha and there isn't a lot of technical data on these alibaba LEDs. But judging from the shape and the wattage I would say you're looking at a 2x4 coverage area with each 240w panel
