Is this mold or a deficiency?

I last checked my plants 24hrs ago and there was nothing like this on the leaves. Today I checked and there are a ton of black spots on 50% of leaves and I am worried it is mold. The plants are ready to he harvested in 5-7 days and so I have been flushing them out for the past 10 days and the leaves started to yellow, likely from the deficiency of nutrients, not sure if this is correlated. If this is mold, what can I do to save the plants?
Please help, I'd be so upset to lose them this far along.

Looks a bit like magnesium deficiency. Try a spray with Epsom salts. Hope it helps. 1/4 tsp/1L plain water foliar
1 Tbsp/1 Gal root drench

I agree it looks like Mn and/or P issue....If you suspect mold and you are in flower, only use nano micelle organics (concentrate - you dilute with water at a prescribe ratio) as they will SCRUB the plant without affecting (no harm, just scrubs the thc and removes residues). The nano-micelles will cure mold (as long as it is not tunneling inside the buds, then it is too late for the plant - destroy necessary) and PREVENT new mold. Can be used on flowers. I use it even after harvest. Spray my buds when I cut them down and prepare for the LONG SLOW DRY...you get 2 weeks effigy (coverage) and by then, they are dry and no mold, no residue, does not affect anything (taste, terps, trikes, etc). Bottles (20ml concentrate - 15ml per gallon dilution ratio) sell for $25 delivered USA or $30 for rush deliveries

I have never seen it as a poster but it, and others, are easily downloaded into a digital device..you can even download here
