Is this normal? Never seen before

Growing a feminized strain
I got new growth coming out of the calyx (think that’s what it’s called)
I’m confused never seen anything like this before

I'm going to say it's normal, because I don't see anything to worry about in this pic.

If it in fact feminized, it'd be double the bud sites. Pretty cool mutation...
