5 gallon fabric pots, never transplanted them. Which I want to try differently next time and start in some solo cups or those bags. I'm starting to notice the challenges with watering in a overly large pot for a small plant. I like that schedule BTW, based on that I'm underwatering it seems.
I would say 5gal is quite large for coco, tho I haven't tried myself. Ive only tried the 1-3 gal fabric pots and got great results from all 3. I have a current journal using 2gal currently. Going smaller than 3 will eventually require more than 2 fertigation events a day, whats your plan for watering, hand or auto?

Could I use some auto wicking pots for that instead of the drip irrigation?
Here i dont have any experience to back it up but i have read various journals of bottom feed systems using coco with success. what i dont understanding is avoiding salt buildup with a SiP or wicking base, I havent yet researched that.

Dry ammendments premixed in the medium, Ph'd dist. Water in the pot holder maybe. To late for all that on this one anyway. I'm definitely going to be looking into getting some type of irrigation going forward now.

I see, now please dont consider my info as the end all be all. Coco with dry amendments is out of my experience and there may be plenty of people out there doing just that with success.

How's it going, back with an update. I got the wicking pots and drip irrigation going with ro water and then feed from top separately every 2/3 days with a full dose. They seem to like it and has definitely helped keep my coco from drying out and getting salt build up. After you brought that point up i checked run off and one was at 2000ppm! So know i water to run off like once a week. I ran out of my micros though...SMH. I have some on the way and hopefully it's here soon cause it looks like she wants some calmagiron. I got the advanced nutrients coco ph perfect. Will start using that through irrigation i think. Also, they are starting to flower and I'm debating between 77f or 75f, which would you recommend for an auto, also don't want to volatize my her terps.

If you see any signs in those photos that I don't let me know

Looking good! I keep my flowering at about 80-82f but reduce it to 78-80 last couple weeks. With my led setup i have about a 4 degree lower leaf temp than ambient. i did run a bit warmer, 85f, when i ran sourdiesel with a bump a rh to keep vpd in check. not sure how much they appreciated the extra temp but they didnt hate it. what strain btw? sorry if i missed it

No worries, It's Green Gelato Auto. I get about 4 degrees as well with the 400w led I'm running. I actually caught a ph issue recently by checking lst. She was getting too close to air temp and come to find out ph was a little high at 6.7. Did a run off or 2 and it's back down to 6.2 and 4 degrees below ambient. I also tried to run a little hotter at one point but after 2 days it was looking sad, I dropped it back and seemed happier. 78 is when it looked sad, 75 looks better. Could've been something else. What do you keep your vpd at for early flower?

I tend to run .8, 1.2, 1.6 early veg, veg, flower. I dont change vpd too quickly, such as right at flower. So, at flip im still bout 1.2 for a few weeks then start working towards towards 1.6 as buds develop.

Ok, so I'm sitting at a 1.4 right now, would you consider that to high for this early based on photos?

Right now my temp is 75 and humidity is 53-55%
My bad homie im pretty high and lost track, 75 leaf temp? 75 leaf temp id be good where youre at. 75 ambient and id likely move it down to 50rh.

All good bro, 75 ambient 70/71 leaf temp
Id pop down to 50rh at the high at those temps for now. I realize you said they looked better at these temps, do you have good airflow in the enclosure/room? You might experience slower growth at these temps but that im less sure on.

I was able to get my rh to 50, now I'm sitting 75f/50rh. I'm at week 7 from seed now and they are looking decent but that's coming from my first grow experience. How are the flowers looking? Up to par for age? The tall one is the furtherest along. I believe I stunted the other two, maybe a week behind that tall one. The tall one just stopped stretching i believe, the other one in photo is in that stretch now.

I think you're looking good! As for autos its hard for me to judge how along they are by total age but looks like a few weeks of flowering? when did you first notice most tops had groups of pistils?

Those are photos from 10/28 and 10/31. So a little over a week ago. Now really looking at dates it progressed quickly i guess. Would this be considered only week 1/2 or 2/3 iyo
