Is this ok? old seeds and stressss

I'm using 8-10 year old seeds, just seeing if there's any life in em and working out some kinks in my setup. I have no idea what strain but after being a little cramped and sunburnt I got it moved into a better location. It froze all growth for a day or two then continued and is now doing this on a couple of colas (not the burnt one though).

This isnt my first grow but first I've seen fresh stem growth out the top and sides of colas. Is this a second wind? Herm? Just old seed oddities?

looks like re veg what are your growing perimaters? light, dirt, food etc etc

Looks like it's revegging or tassling from being too close to the light.
