New to growing. Changed lights to 12/12 2 and a half weeks ago. Is this one a male?

I see the flowers are also kinda forming on the top, but these things looks kinda like the pollen bags, not completely sure. But I'd guess it's a hermaphrodite. If these thing will form into banana shape bags but the plant will start flowering then definitely a hermaphrodite
