Is this paint suitable for my grow box?

Description: Acrylic latex Interior Flat "Ultra Pure White" Ceiling Paint.

Found that paint in my basement. I built a plywood grow box and plan to use a 400W HPS inside. I'm worried mainly about the paint fuming and poisoning me and/or the plants.

Think it's safe? I haven't used this paint before it belonged to the previous owner of the house.

It's laytex so your good, clean your brush with warm water in the kitchen sink. Oil base paints are the ones I don't like. If your painting plywood that is not primed it is going to take several coats. Priming fresh wood with Kilz makes things go much easier.
