Is this plant flowering?

This is the first thing I have ever grown.

It was grown completely outside just to see if I could get it grow.

Now with the shorter days and shading in the yard it doesn't get much sunlight.

Is it flowering early or is this normal and still vegging?

It sprouted and sat outside for about a month.

Is it even worth flowering since it's so small? Will it produce anything?

Nice lil plant those crystals are almost as big as your plant. Didnt know cannafornia even had shwag in tha state so well known for that bomb bomb. your south east neighbor AZ.
