Is this plant ready for harvesting?

Sorry cant get a pic of tricomes but they are all looking milky and maybe soem amber but i really cant be sure to me just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the look of the bud if anyone can tell by the looks of thes epistals etc would be good thanks.
