seedliing end of July, veg for about 4-5 weeks, had emergency outta town, 2 weeks later back in town it's flowering, but stubby. Bout 9 in tall. & 3 pt fans since conception. Is this ok? Newbie here & was told blueberry haze, but not like any I've seen. Outdoor growing...any help is appreciated, just want a healthy plan
