Is this Santas Beard or bad mold

JUST popped up this morning. I've read about good molfs like Santa's beard. Any mold experts want to help? Thai/Lao bag seed plant growing in soil/peat/perlite/ coco mix. 3 weeks old.

hmm, some molds can be beneficial to the root base, I've been doing some reading on this subject as well. I've never seen a mold strain pop in a cannabis grow like that before, that's interesting, must be from your amendments, and probably humid conditions.
