Is this soilmix a good mix for plant growth..

Hey guys, im reciving my seeds nextweek and want to know if this is going to be a good soil mix for my plants for all stanges of growth..
I am going to be useing this mix if its right, for all stages of growth to reduce and stress or shock..

i would put your seeds in a soilless medium like pro mix or Sunshine 4. Seeds need oxygen. You seem like a noob so just read read read

well what if i was to start them in either a jiffy pellet or a rapid rooter a soiless mix when it does break soil and get roots, then transplant into sunshine 4 ( thats what i plan to go with)
