I’ve seen some indicas show some pretty big pre flower. It could be pre flower if you are still in veg. If it’s an AutoFlower then she is probably flowering. Auto flower will trigger flower early if their roots ball up in a small pot. But Autos hate transplants and don’t recover from stress well.

Stress induced flowering would be my first thought. Just as the roots being bound and the plant feeling it has no more space to seek food, it triggers the AutoFlower to start.

I wonder if, because I'm new and didn't put any perlite in this one, that the soil was too difficult for the roots to move through and as you suggest the plant feels it's filled the pot?

This grow is an experimental and learning grow more than anything and things like this happening, and this discussion (which I'm very grateful of your advice and input) are great learning tools.

I'm so exciting for my next grow with what I've learned so far from this one!
