A friend of mine is trying to sell me this for a 100$ can't find that model online is it worth it

This is an incomplete device just like the question, which should be about is it worth spending on legacy material although finding a replacement wand to match shouldn't prove difficult, yet perhaps more expensive than initially expected. Then the fact it's electronic make it a risk as intermittent failures don't always occur before it's too late... But that's standard fitting and convective, could be fun as long as it will last. Also, maybe the owner broke his glass piece kind of early and never mind to shop around afterwards.
