is 1 plant a criminal offence in the uk

ye im jsut wondering what they can do if they found 1 plant in your house, i mean 1 giant plant under a 1000 watt hps with co2 and an oxypot all in a tent, what kind of charge would 1 expect would it be more serious if i had 4 plants, i got previous and a family so any advice plzzzzzzzzzzzz

you'll be arrested for cultivation of cannabis. simple as that.

my only thinking with 1 v. 4 plants is that it would probs be easier to assert personal use with less plants. be careful man!

if your co2 set up is weak, get rid of it and go to 4 plants. same L400 fine and your yield would be much higher and expenses less.
