is worm tea good for moms?

i have two worm compost bins that produce a good amount of tea. ive heard its high in nitrogen, so its ideal for veg. does anyone use it in flower? i also dilute it 10 to 1 before use.

It's the microbes that are of value. Make sure to use the castings as they are the best part.

the tea is from worm bins in my kitchen. sometimes there are little flyers when i open the lid. could they be fungus gnats? can their larvae end up in the tea and then in my plants? wondering because i have had a bad infestation of both fungus gnats and root aphids this run. i let the tea sit in a gallon jug for at least a month before adding it to my watering res. how long can eggs/larvae/bugs live in a closed jug?
