issues in week 4 of flowering need help!

plants pistils started turning brown in week 4 i got worried so i inspected it further is this little green thing popping out a hermie?

Man it’s weird has it dropped a banana yet? Or do u see any balls on the underside of the nugs? Pollination is t the only reason the pistols brown, botrytis early will show brown pistols, stress from heat as well.

I have been having problems with heat stress due to the plants being tall and growing into the lights. Even some of the bottom buds pistils are turning brown i see a little green thing popping out the center of the pistils on the plant but not sure if it’s safe to call it a nanner or not?
