Was having some issues. On my second cycle in a earthbox. It was redressed with Bokashi ewc and craft blend/glacial rock dust. Does this look like the beginning of a cal mag issue?

I'm thinking that you have a very early stage Calcium deficiency.
As this is a nice organic setup. I'd say top dress with a tablespoon of Gypsum.
Or put it in a jug of water over night and water with it so it's already broken down
and gets into the soil quickly. This will not fix the brown blotches on the leaves.
But it should stop it's migration. New growth will not have this issue.
Gypsum is a soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfate.

I'd also suggest next feed.
Heat a little rain water in a cup.
Add 1 tablespoon molasses pr gallon of finished feeding solution
to the hot water and mix well. Add this to your feeding solution.
Fancy Molasses

Molasses will give your microbes a nice boost.
Molasses is also a great source of base minerals and Magnesium so your plant will love it
once a month or so. Every feeding in flower.

Overall your plant looks pretty good but it's very light green leaves me to believe it could use a shot of nitrogen.
Any chance you have something like Alaska Fish Fertilizer or alfalfa meal?

Hope this helps you.

Just tested the soil and I have nitrogen since I applied some recently I am lower on phos and potassium. I think I’m having a bit of a mag issues causing yellowing and the rust spots could be phos. I hit them with a compost tea tho so I’ll wait a few days try to find some gypsum. I use trinity from root organics as my molasses it has molasses yucca and carbs
