So im having some issues with my new run. not sure what the deal is, any help is appreciated.

also my ph and ppm is spiking pretty high.

pretty sure thats high ph..... maybe a flush would be a good idea

I have repeatedly flushed my system and it seems to helping but still not looking the best.

To me they look like they are adjusting to your system. I see nothing wrong. The deficiencies that I see will be gone once they settle in. The ph ppm fluctuating is probably causing it but no need to flush just keep the ppms low and the ph as stable as possible and wait it out. They will be fine. The damage is most likley old only worry if its on your new leaves.
Sometimes less is more and the more stuff you try could lengthen and or slow there adjusting and healing period. Stop Flushing and let them be they are still babies they just need some love. IMO
