LOL damn. I don't eat the shit unless it's an emergency :D. As for salmon, my opinion is that the taste to price ratio means I'll usually buy trout or mackerel instead

That makes me wonder the quality of salmon you have tried. That cut I had last night was excellent, not even a peep of that fishy smell or taste.
I’ve got fresh salmon many times where it was fishy and it grosses me out and I won’t have it for a while. The fish guy will always try to make the sell weather it’s going bad or not.

Could be the quality, I'm in UK don't forget, so I'm either eating Scottish Salmon, or Alaskan Wild. I find the taste bland when compared to other fish.

Catfish nuggets is where it's at! Corn meal breading and a golden brown deep fry. Walleye is another Midwest favorite fellas. Full fillet, pan seared with butter and lemon.
