Ive seen these demons before... thrips??

Hey all. Just wanted a quick opinion. Today on 3 of my plants i spotted these little white devils. I only found them on 3 plants and isolated those plants, and there were only very few bugs on them.. But, 2 years ago when i was helping on a grow, i remember a ton of the younger plants got heavily infested with them. they were all over. So id like to confirm what they are, so i can research the best way to fight them.. thank you for any and all advice as always!
