she was looking really good until today when I found these small white spots.
I am thinking its PM. Crazy because its so dry here, like 40% RH
Since they are in full flower was thinking I would spray with food grade citric acid, which worked well on a different plant...
Just worried about the buds...

WPM. Milk spray.
Since you are well into flower, you don't want anything on them that can mess them up.

1 gallon water,
1 gallon vit D whole milk,
Mix well, spray plants during the hot part of the day.
3 or more daily treatments may be needed. You can rinse the plants before you spray if you like.

Hydrogen Peroxide is another option late in flower. It degrades to water and oxygen very rapidly, leaving no residues whatsoever. Spray in early to mid-morning. I use an organic product called Oxidate that is super H202 but I think you can use the 3% stuff from your local pharmacy at something like a pint up to a quart per gallon.
