Actor arrested in London for drug possession. James Waylett, who played a bully in the "Harry Potter" films, was detained last week when police stopped his car and found marijuana. A subsequent search of his mother's house reportedly led police to a hydroponics lab and 10 cannabis plants worth nearly $3,000.
