Nah buddy, I would keep her and see how she does. A lot of the time when it’s worse it makes you plant look like 2 face from the Batman series. They will still yield. A lot of the time if it’s minimal, you can run it. Just be clean when dealing with it.

I haven't played with it yet....

I've starting the pre-soak/cleaning process....soak 24hrs.....wash, rinse, repeat......I'm going to repeat the process a couple times.....

I'm just gonna dive in......

That windowsill clone was a " just in case ".....I clone alot......too many for my areas......

The Vanilla cross you have makes me wanna try my last Vanilla Kush seed from Seed Supreme ......

Hey Capt....thank you for your knowledge/ support......!

Ok....not the smartest person.......hopefully not the dumbest either.....

Kratky method

I'm postponing my skydiving approach to the Kratky method.....

Looked into a little bit.....not too much info about it.....

My main concerns -

Reservoir water/ feed Temps

Airflow to the roots

I'm not getting it.......

If I went about this, my reservoir would be hot.......I would think anyways.....

And where would the air exchange happen in the reservoir...

Ummmm....

We can grow clones in just a cup of water.....I do it all the time......the ones in water are always just in cases....

Maybe I didn't go deep enough down the 🕳........

Urghhh.....

The Kratky method is a non-recirculating hydroponic technique that involves growing plants in water without an air filter. It was developed by Bernard A. Kratky at the University of Hawaii.
Here's how the Kratky method works:
Place multiple plants in net pots on boards that float on a shared reservoir.
Position support beams slightly below the water level.
As water is depleted, the boards will eventually rest on the support beams, creating an air gap to allow oxygen intake.
Suspend polystyrene sheets 3-4 cm above the water so that air can circulate around the plant roots.
The method doesn't require pumps, electricity, or wicks.
You don't need to change your reservoir or add nutrients.
The Kratky method is relatively inexpensive to set up and can be done with almost anything that can hold water, such as mason jars.
A common MasterBlend ratio is:
1 gallon of water
2 grams of MasterBlend 4-18-38
1 gram of magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt)
2 grams of calcium nitrate (15.5-0-0)

This is what you are doing??

Kind of yes........

Except I won't be using Styrofoam or the floating material....

Before I forget....thank you .....for the hook up and your time...!!

I was thinking for the first time, this might work....I was looking for a better container, but size constraints and limitations considered....

Yesterday I found a site that showed them using the floating method.....

I just climbed out of the hole after watching a time lapse of a kratky grow from something like a seed in a pot.....

Then, sorry Farm, I quickly, quickly jumped to trollit^ and the one thread I checked, no one has seen one finished to the end.....

Ha......you said you have lots of casualties under your belt........my no seed popping streak was quite high......it lasted a few weeks.......

So I will attempt this style grow.....start to finish......whether the plant lasts till harvest or 5 days, I'll have it journaled here.....
