Curing tips? Buy a humidity meter, 20 bucks and takes all the guess work out. I bought a few Caliber III was the brand, well worth the moneys. Bump since '95 if you keep temps down in the drying room and where your tubs/jars it will slow it down, helping to prevent over drying. DO not over-dry at first, it is of utmost importance!!!
