Cheers mate. Do you find any benefit of sealed decarb? I just wrap mine in foil lightly.

I have started decarbing in the glad turkey baking bags. But only to contain the smell, I’ve done both though, bagged and non bagged just sitting on parchment paper. I havent noticed any difference in the two different methods.

Keeping it simple......the lost art lol

Its a nice simple routine but it has its limitations. Works well for short cycles. It falls apart if I veg longer than 6-7 weeks and requires a bit of maintenance during flower or shit goes south quickly.

Works really well for autos and plants flipped around week 3 which suits me as I usually stick to smaller plants anyway.

That has been a big concern. Living in a big share house I've been going over me mums to decarb haha.

They don't mind me hitting the edibles and what not but I'd assume a stinking house is a no go for a bunch of students.

Can't believe I've never thought of sealing the bud during decarb.

I love herb! But im not a fan of the decarb smell in the house : ) itll still stink a bit while your infusing with butter just a heads up : )

I've gotta start adding fruit roids (1-4-8) weekly about now. She's had two feeds of root roids (1.5-0-3) so far and the rest has been handled by the 19-4-10 controlled release in the medium.

Do have some 0-18-19 top dress as well which I'be been meaning to try around week 5 flower.

Little cleanup of lower shoots and levelling if canopy. Should be smooth sailing from here on out.

Three of the Golden Stick reg autos just didn't dig tap roots and gave up the ghost. Remaining four aren't moving. Threw in the last two golden stick and two seeds from last runs auto chucks as failsafes. Mamba Negro X Samsquatch OG/Blue dream auto fems. If they take off if say the golden stick (Myanmar/Laos/Thai X Mango Stick) don't like the hot, heavy medium in comparison the the hybrids as they just aren't digging at all.

Haven't had a bad start for ages. It stings. Last lot were here at the same time as the four above (2 weeks) so I'm used to fast starts.

What a difference. Same medium, same environment and same watering schedule.

Will be setting up another 2x4 soonish and popping either some Nepali Highland, Nepali X SLH or Nevs Haze X SLH.

Regretting the 2.5 gal pots over summer. Have to put a bit over 1.5L into each pot every morning. A few burned tips popping up due to the drybacks. A few times I've been out and couldn't get home till the arvo. Pots are almost weightless by the 36 hour mark.

Will be using 5 gal pots next run for sure.
