What's the time?

Res change yesterday! Been a busy week outdoors and Saturday was gardening day.

July 1st, 2023:
Res change today. Targeting 1.4 EC and 5.8 pH. After a few days raise or allow pH to rise to 6.0-6.2

0830:
Defoliated old fan leaves and a few others for light penetration, and LST a couple tops to keep canopy even.

Drain & refilled the reservoir to 30G/115L

Water (30G/115L):
66.6° / 7.05 pH / .025 EC

Si - .3 ml /L = 35 ml
CalMg - 1 ml /L = 115 ml
** ° / pH / EC** FORGOT!! 🤪
Micro - 3 ml /Gal = 90 ml
Bloom - 3 ml /Gal = 90 ml
Gro - 3 ml /Gal = 90 ml
Humic - 4 ml /Gal = 120 ml
Fulvic - 1 ml /Gal = 30 ml
** 66.8° / 6.6 pH / 1.45 EC**

pH down - About 30-35 ml

Final: 66.7° / 5.77 pH / 1.45 EC (722 ppm)

I gave my ODP (outdoor pot) a gallon of this, too. The ODP is only getting fed when the pot gets light or the plant tells me it's hungry or thirsty.

I also adjusted the lights and set the center to 575 μmol/m2s and corners read 430-ish.

They've responded well to a light defoliation. Despite early issues, they have come into their own and showing flowers already. I can tell that roots have reached down and also all throughout the coco.

Beauties ya got there B2! Good to see your dumping your resv. IMO. Costs just a bit more than topping off but you have a better idea of what's in there. And it keeps it clean. Resv can get nasty

Thank you! I have it set up so it's easy to dump, clean, and refill. I enjoy mixing nutrients. And yes, it doesn't really cost that much extra.

I had plans for scrog, but I'm just going to train enough to keep the canopy under control on this run... Get these autos finished so I can get back to reality with a regular grow with better genetics.

you sir, are on the way. This weirdo is here for it. 👊🏻 you know I tried that hydro once, I commend you folks with the ability, some proper hydro is amazing. My situation went bad quick here in Texas. I’m stoked to see the fireworks!

Well, tbh this is my "trying hydro once" episode! I like it so far as I now have the time to dick with it. I picked a helluva way to stage a comeback. 🤪

I’ll say, that’s awesome though, might as well. I need to try again.

July 1, 2023: (fresh reservoir contents)
66.7° / 5.77 pH / 1.45 EC

July 3, 2023 1800:
70.2° / 5.95 ph / 1.45 EC

July 5, 2023 1730:
70.2° / 6.11 pH / 1.40 EC

pH ranging up nicely, presumably due to aeration.

Reservoir change today! Things are moving along...

Screenshot 20230712 083928

I will be halving CalMag, dropping N a little, too. I did not use Si last change out, and will not use any more the rest of the grow.

They are needing 2 feedings per day the last few days. So, I'm upping the res amount to 40 gallons this time.

And I think I'm going to need a dehumidifier... Soon. 💦

Healthy plant from this angle B2 👍 Looks like my Gorilla Glue with those long skinny leaves.

Thank you! Out of the 9, there's a lot of differences between them. And starting to smell a little... Getting early chocolate/cocoa notes on my outdoor pot!
