Just wondering if anyone has a great technique for extracting juice from leaves to get a Brix reading on a refractometer. Unless the leaves are bigger than my Shrek sized hand, it is difficult to get enough juice from the leaf material to cover the lens. Using multiple leaves can stress a plant less than 2'.
There must be a vice or some tool for this purpose.
Any ideas?
